How many guests can I invite?
25 children (Super Bounce) or 15
(Mini-Bounce).
What if I have more than the allotted
guest limit for my party?
Additional children will be $10.00 extra.
May I bring in my own food to the party?
Absolutely No outside food is
allowed to be brought in. For your convenience, we have a signed
contract with a local pizzeria to provide all pizza needs. You may
bring in your own cake or call us for a bakery recommendation.
*No coolers with outside beverages are allowed. Water and soda are
available for purchase.
How many slices come in a pizza?
The pizza is cut into 16 slices to provide the guest with the right amount
desired.
The pizza is delivered hot and fresh right before you enter the party
room.
We have chosen these establishments because of their excellent products
and service.
Can we bring in alcohol?
No, this is a children's facility so we prohibit alcohol.
When do we need to provide you with a head count?
Head count is due same time
Balance is due (10 prior to party).
A staff member will call you 2-3 days prior to the party date to
confirm your pizza order. The pizzerias requires that we call them the night
before.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the
party after I have given my order for pizza and/or goodie bags?
For pizza, your order has already been placed and the price cannot
be lowered on the day of the party.
The charge still stands. However,
depending on the time of notification, you may be able to add to your order
for additional guests.
Can we order additional pizza for the adults?
Yes. For an additional $14.00 for 1 cheese pizza and $15.50 for 1 topping.
We also can
supply you with 2-liter bottles of soda for $2.50 a bottle.
Juice boxes are .75 cents each.
What if we want something else with the pizza?
We are please to announce that we
are now offering chicken wings & tenders for additional cost.
What time should we arrive for our party?
You and your guests should arrive 20 minutes early to allow all party members
to be there when your party starts,
to hear the rules of play and get your
full party playtime. Your party host will take care of EVERYTHING!!!!!
Can I bring in my own party decorations?
With every party we provide your paper products (plates, cups, napkins)
and utensils free of charge.
There is no theme. Set up is primarily done one
hour into play as there might be another party before yours.
If you would like
to bring in your own themed decorations, feel free to do so.
Make sure to let
your party host know so they can set it up for you.
Hand them the decorations
and enjoy the party!!
What if I need to cancel?
Because of scheduling purposes, sale is final NO REFUNDS.
You do have up to three months to reschedule. Cancellations/ rescheduling must
be made 10 days prior to party. If an Emergency occurs, proof of emergency
needs to be provided.
What else do I need to bring?
Your child, the
signed waiver
and a pair of socks!
NO HIGH HEELS AND NO JEWELRY PLEASE!!!
